JUDGMENT

1. The only prayer in this writ petition was for a direction to Respondent 3 to decide the statutory Revision Petition of the petitioner dated 22 May 2023. The said Revision Petition stands decided by order dated 5 March 2025.

2. In these circumstances, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to assail the decision of the Revision Petition in accordance with law.

3. Leave and liberty is granted as aforesaid. The petition is disposed of, as withdrawn.
