ORDER

2. It is contended that the parties are neighbours. It is further contended that the parties have settled their disputes with the intervention of elders and respectable people ofthe locality to restore peace andharmony in their locality.

3. Respondent Nos.[2] in their respective petitions are present in person, represented by their counsel and are identified by the Investigating Officer. They submit that, they have settled all their disputes with the intervention of elders of the family and respectable people ofthe locality. They further submit that they do not wish to presstheir.respective complaints. - I

In view ofthe fact that disputes between the parties have been settled, continuation of criminal proceedings will be an exercise in futility and justice in the case demands that the dispute between the parties is put to an end and peace is restored; securing the ends of justice being the ultimate guiding factor.
