W.P.(C) No.11818/2009 Against termination of her service, petitioner had approached the
Delhi School Tribunal. Vide impugned order of 30th April, 2009, petitioner has been relegated to seek redressal under Industrial Disputes Act. Learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, submits that petitioner would seek the redressal of her grievance under the Industrial Disputes Act. For adoption of such a course, there is no objection from opposite side.
