ORDER

2. TheabovenotedFIRwasregisteredonthecomplaintofoneBahram Singh,father ofArti who stated thathe had four daughters and one bailAPPLN.2559/2017aridcom.matter:DHC:8180 o o Aarti,hiseldestdaughter was married to AmitVermaon 8'^ March,2015. He performed the marriage with greatpomp and show,however,afterthe marriagefamily membersofAmituseto harassand beatArtifordowry.In orderto save her matrimonial life he gave money twice buttheir demands wasneversatisfied.Arti'shusband AmitusedtoaskhertobringBulletbike from her parental house and Arti's mother-in-law and father-in-law also joined Amitinharassingandtorturingher.

3 Itisfurtherstatedthaton beingfed up by behaviour ofin-laws,Arti started living separately in Sultanpuri with her husband,however laterthe complainant brought her back to the matrimonial home. When Arti gave birth to a male child she was notproperly looked after m the matrimoraal homedueto whichthecomplainantbroughtArtito hishomeforsometime howevershe wentbackto her matrimonial home after20-25 days.On 19 November,2017Arti'shusbandbeatherandsentheroutofthehouse.After Arti came to his house at around 8;00pm Amit and Ankita,the petitioner hereincametothehousetotake Arti. Thus,the complainantsentArtiand Amitaftercounsellingthem.Onthedateofincident20'^November,2017at around[3]:20PMhereceivedacallfromtheneighbourofArti'smatrimonial homeinformingthatArtihadcommitted sucide. O 4. The allegation against the two petitioners, who are the unmarried sisters ofAmit,isthatthey used to tauntArtifor bringing less dowry.As notedaboveitisfurtherstatedthatAnkitaaccompaniedherbrothertobring backArtitomatrimonialhomeonedaybeforeshecommittedsuicide.Thus theonlyallegationagainstthepetitionersintheFIRisthattheyusedtotaunt herforbringinglessdowry and manytimesthrew heroutofthehouse.No BAILAPPLN.2559/2017andconn,matter P"®"^"J 2018:DHC:8180 o specificdateandtime,andtheallegationastowhatdemandwasmadehave been given.

5. Learned APP for the state on instruction from the Investigating Officer submits that charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners withoutarrestkeepingthem undercolumnNo.11.

Consideringthe nature ofallegations againstthe petitioners and that the petitioners are thetwo unmarried sisters-in-law ofthe deceased against whomthere arenospecificallegationsandthattheinvestigationiscomplete sincechargesheethasbeenfiled,thisCourtdeemsitfittograntanticipatory bailto the petitioners.Itistherefore directed thatinthe eventofarrestthe petitionersbereleasedonbailontheirfurnishingapersonalbondinthesum of«5,000/-each with onesurety bond eachofthelike amount,subjectto thesatisfactionofthe AirestingOfficer/SHO/Court,forthersubjecttothe conditionthatthepetitionerswilljointheinvestigationasandwhendirected bytheInvestigatingOfficerandincaseofchangeofresidentialaddressthe samewillbeintimatedtotheCourtconcernedby wayofanaffidavit.
