15.03.2018 In pursuance to the order dated 01.03.2018, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties have placed on record a settlement agreement dated 13.03.2018 entered into by and between them.
We have perused the said settlement agreement and the same is
2018:DHC:9274-DB r lawful. The said settlement agreement is hereby taken on record and exhibited as 'Ex.C-l' leaving the parties to comply with their reciprocal obligations thereunder, without demur.
In partial modification to the principal settlement arrived at between the parties, as recorded in the said order dated 01.03.2018, Mr Parthasarthi
Mitra has handed over to Ms Sushmita Mitra a demand draft bearing
No.736222 dated 08.03.2018 ofRs.40 lakhs, drawn on State Bank of India.
H.P. Secretariat, Shimla East.
Ms Sushmita Mitra accepts the same, subject to realization. The balance amount has beenundertaken to be paid by Ms Parthasarthi Mitrato
Ms Sushmita Mitra at the time of the second motion, which shall be filed within a period of six months from the date of the first motion seeking divorce by mutual consent.
In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties state that the appeals may be disposed off in the above terms.
Directed accordingly.
The appeals along with the pendiiig applications stand disposed off
