JUDGMENT

1. On the subject of revision of pension of petitioner, who had retired on 31st December, 2011 as Senior Manager in BSES, a Communication of 29th April, 2014 (Annexure P-4) was sent by the Deputy Manager (PT), DVB Employees Terminal Benefits Fund-2002 to release the revised pension to petitioner. According to petitioner, aforesaid Communication of 29th April, 2014 (Annexure P-4) was not given effect to by respondent- BSES, which led to filing of a Representation (Annexure P-1) by petitioner to respondent-BSES on 9th June, 2017. It is averred in this petition that there is no response to the said Representation (Annexure P- 1).

2. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to respondent-BSES to pass a 2018:DHC:1618 W.P.(C) 2111/2018 speaking order on petitioner’s Representation (Annexure P-1) within a period of six weeks and the fate of the Representation be made known to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.

3. With aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of. Dasti.
