JUDGMENT

1. Petitioner is aggrieved by impugned order of 2nd February, 2018 (Annexure P-5) vide which his pay has been re-fixed and order of 9th February, 2018 (Annexure P-7) which, according to petitioner, incorrectly fixes the pay of petitioner. The grievance of petitioner is that Representation (Annexure P-9) has not been responded to, till date. Despite service of advance notice, there is no appearance on behalf of respondents.

2. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to first respondent to pass a speaking order on petitioner’s Representation (Annexure P-9) within six weeks and intimate petitioner about the fate of Representation (Annexure P-9) within a period of two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail 2018:DHC:1878 W.P.(C) 2411/2018 of the remedies as available in law, if need be.

3. With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for petitioner.
