Ll 2018:DHC:8200 intervening night of 29th130th November, 2017 at around 1.30 AM the complainant along with his son Aman was coming back home from marriage. As they entered the main gate of their house, suddenly four persons came from backside, entered their house and attacked on the complainant, his son and nephew with flower pots and stones. He further stated that due to sudden attack he, his son, nephew and sister —in —law got injured. The injured were taken to the hospital. When the present petitions came up before this Court for hearing, this Court granted interim protection pursuant whereof the petitioners have joined the investigation. As per the
MLC, the injuries have been opined to be simple in nature.

ORDER
2., Considering the nature of allegations and the injuries to the complainant and other victims, this Court finds it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. It is, therefore directed that in the event of arrest the petitioners be released on bail on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that they will join the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer and will not leave the country without prior permission of the court concerned and in case of change of residential address the same will be intimated to the Court concerned by way of affidavit. 4 3. Petitions are disposed of.
