Petitioners/complainants, namely, Madan, Kamal, Naresh Kumar, Ashwani Tomar, Ram Bakshey, Sharwan Kumar and Rakesh Kumar are present in Court and have been identified by SI Jaivind of police station
Kalyan Puri. They submit that they have settled their disputes amicably of their own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or f- coercion. Complainants in both the FIRs submit that they are not willing to pursue their respective FIRs and the same may be quashed.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest ofjustice, both the FIRs,that is, FIR
