JUDGMENT

1. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. W.P.(C) 11532/2025 & CM APPL. 47179/2025

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the Order dated 26.05.2025 passed by the respondent nos. 2 & 3 before the learned Tribunal. He further prays that as the petitioner has been seeking appointment in the selection process which was initiated by an advertisement no. 07/2021 and this will be a second round of litigation W.P.(C) 11532/2025 with him approaching the learned Tribunal, the learned Tribunal be directed to expedite the hearing of the O.A. that the petitioner proposes to file.

3. Let such request be made by the petitioner to the learned Tribunal and we are hopeful that the learned Tribunal would keep the same in mind and try and dispose of the O.A. preferably within a period of six months of its listing.

4. The petition along with pending application is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
