ORDER
2. Subject FIRs are cross-^FIRs and were registered consequent to an altercation, which took place between neighbours with regard to parking of vehicles as well as bursting of crackers at the time of Diwali.
3. All the petitioners as well as respondents in the respective petitions, are present in Court, represented by counsel and identified by the Investigating Officers. They have also expressed remorse at their conduct and assure that ho such incident shall re-occur in future. They have resolved, their disputes with the intervention of elders as well as senior members of the locality, with a view to restore peace arid harmony. They are all residents of the same locality. A Compromise Deed dated 27.01.2018 has been executed between the parties.

' In view of the fact that the parties have settled their disputes through a Compromise Deed dated 27.01.2018 and respondents in all these petitions do not wish to prosecutethe complaint, continuation of' criminal proceedings will be an.exercise in futility and justice in the case demands that the dispute between the parties is put to an end and, peace is restored; securing the ends of justice being- the ultimate guiding factor. It would be expedient to quash the subject FIRand the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom.

Accordingly, the subject FIRs No.629/2014 under, Sections Crl.M.C.1255/2018,1256/2018,1257/2018 &1258/2018 Page 3 M- •308/34 IPG, 1219/2014 under Sections 308/323/427/147/148/149/34 IPG, 1217/2014 under Sections 308/323/325/452/147/148/149/506 IPG, 628/2014 under Sections 307/308/323/325/452/147/148/149/ 506/34 IPG, Police Station S. P. Badli, as well as the consequent ' proceedings arising therefrom are quashed, subject to the petitioners, depositing costs of Rs.5,000/- each with the "Prisoners WelfareFund, Jail No. 13, Mandoli", Manga! Pandey Mafg, Harsh Vihar, Village Mandoli, Delhi, within a period of four weelcs from today. Receipt of ', deposit of the costs imposed by this Order' be furnished to the • concerned Investigating Officer within a period of five >veeks from today;. \
