Vide the application CRL.M.A. 4604/2018, the applicant seeks pre-ponment ofthe date ofhearing ofthe bail application from the date .16.04.2018, which presently cannot be granted, however, now the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge-sheet has already been submitted.
Learned counsel for the petitioner now seeks perrnission to withdraw the Bail Application no. 358/2018 with the liberty to seek redressal before the Trial Court.
