Learned APP for State on instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that till date no permission has been sought by the Investigation
Officer for arrest ofthe petitioners from the competent authority. Thus the petitions are pre-mature.
Petitions are accordingly disposed of directing the Investigating
Officer that in case an approval is sought and granted for the arrest ofthe petitioners,two weeks'notice priorto arrest will be issued to the petitioners.
