The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Cyber
Appellate Tribunal has since been constituted and made functional and, therefore, he is under instructions to withdraw these petitions though he seeks interim protection to continue by four weeks so that he can approach the said Tribunal for necessary further protection.

Both the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. The interim order of protection will inureto the petitioner for four weeks from today.
