CRL.M.A- 5665/2018 is an appHcation filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the petition submitting to the effect that a settlement has since been arrived at between the petitioner and the respondents no. 2 & 3. It has also been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that FIR No. 196/12 PS Bindapur under Sections 323/498A/406/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 has been quashed in proceedings Crl. M.C. NO. 1319/18 on 15.03.2018. To similar effect is the submission made on behalf of the State.
In view thereof, the application is allowed and the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed.
