1. Issue notice. Ms. Shiva Laxmi accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents.
2. Counsels are agreed that the issue raised in the present writ petition is covered by the judgement dated 22.3.2018 passed in various writ petitions including W.P.(C) No.2472/2018, titled: Puja Tandon and Anr. vs.

Mr. Mohit Gupta, who appears for the petitioner, says that the petitioner has approached the NCLT for reviving Landmark Sez Cityplanner Private Limited (in short “LSCPL”) and wishes to approach the NCLT to revive Landmark Television Network Pvt. Limited (in short “LTNPL”). In sum, the petitioner seeks to revive the subject companies under Section 252 of the Companies Act, 2013. 2018:DHC:2086 W.P.(C) 3045/2018
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the official respondents to apply the directives contained in order dated 22.03.2018, passed in W.P.(C) No.2472/2018, titled: Puja Tandon and Anr. vs. Registrar of Companies and Ors.
5. It is made clear that the directions contained in aforementioned order will apply mutatis mutandis to the petitioner(s) herein.
