ORDER

1. By these petitions, petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory •bail granted to the respondent No. 1.

2. Learned APP for the State submits that since chargesheet has CRL.M.C. 3134/2014 - Pagel CRL.M.C. 3136/2014 2018:DHC:8373 -9been filed and the respondents accused have been admitted to regular bail, the present petition has become infructuous. /

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that regular bail granted-to the respondent No.l is based solely onthe anticipatory bail granted, which is impugned in the present petition. He' submits that the grant of bail, in such circumstances, is contrary to the decision of the Supreme Court delivered by judgment dated 27.03.2018 in Criminal Appeal No.. 462/2018 titled Satpal Singh v^. State of Punjab. He submits that in view of the said decision of the Supreme Court in Satpal Singh vs. State of Punjab, he would be taking his remedy to impugn the order granting regular bail. He accordingly seeks leave to withdrawthe petitions.
