1. This writ petition is disposed of by the consent of the learned counsel for the parties in the following terms:-

(i) That the petitioner shall pay a total sum of

(ii) The amount of Rs.30,000/- deposited by the petitioner shall be released by the Registry to the respondent and on such release, the respondent shall not have any claim covered by the impugned order dated 13.10.2016 against the petitioner. 2018:DHC:2137 W.P. (C) 1973/2017

(iii) This shall be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties in Industrial Dispute pending before the Court of Shri Lokesh Kumar Sharma, Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Dwarka.
