JUDGMENT

1. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that since respondent- College has already made appointment on the post of Library Attendant, therefore, this petition is not pressed. However, a prayer is made that petitioner may be permitted to continue as Office Attendant on contract basis in the respondent-College.

2. Learned counsel for respondent-College submits that petitioner’s employment as Office Attendant on contract basis is not being ended.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that regarding nonpayment of increment, a Representation would be made to the Principal 2018:DHC:2183 W.P.(C) 8296/2016 of respondent-College within six weeks from today. If such a Representation is received by the Principal of respondent-College, then it be effectively dealt with expeditiously.

4. With aforesaid observations, this petition and application are disposed of as not pressed.
