ORDER

3. Respective parties are present in. Court, represented by counsel and identified by the Investigating Officer. They confirm that they have settled their disputes with each other to restore peace and harmony in the locality. They have further undertaken to live peacefully and not to initiate any legal proceedings against each other. «' In view of the fact that the disputes between the parties have been settled, continuation of criminal proceedings will be in futility and justice in the case demands that the dispute between the parties is put to an end and peace is restored; securing the ends of justice being the ultimate guiding factor. It would also be expedient to

FIR 14 of 2015 under Sections 323/341/325/34 IPC PS Ranjit Nagar, Delhi and FIR 13 of 2015 under Sections 308/34 IPC PS Ranjit Nagar, Delhi and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed, subject to the petitioners in each of the cases depositing cost of Rs.7,500/- with the ‘'Prisoners Welfare Fund, Jail No. 13, Mandoli'\ Mangal Pandey Marg, Harsh Vihar, Village Mandoli, Delhi within two weeks. The receipt of deposit of the costs imposed by this Order be furnished to the concerned Investigating Officer within a period of three weeks from today.
