JUDGMENT

1. By way of this writ petition, a mandamus is sought to respondents to conduct written examination for the post of Junior Service Engineer after training through Director General Civil Aviation under videography.

2. For the relief claimed in this petition, no Representation has been made by petitioners. In the first instance, before approaching this Court, petitioners are required to represent to respondents.

3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the said examination has to be conducted by first respondent.

4. Be that as it may. Let petitioners make concise Representations to respondents within a week from today and if any such Representations are received by respondents, then respondents shall pass a speaking order thereon, within a period of six weeks and convey fate of Representations 2018:DHC:2417 W.P.(C) 4484/2017 so made, to petitioners within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.

5. With aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsel for petitioners.
