ORDER

1. In this petition, implementation of order of 11th February, 2009 (Annexure A-1) of respondent No.3-Directorate of Education in respect of payment of salary etc. in terms of recommendations of Sixth Central Pay Commission is sought. Petitioner is a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) and it is her case that various oral and written requests for implementation of recommendations of Sixth Central Pay Commission were made to second respondent but to no avail. Copy of such Representations has not been placed on record.

2. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with permission to petitioner to file a concise 2018:DHC:2292 W.P.(C) 3421/2018 Representation before respondent No.2 within two weeks. If such a Representation is received by second respondent, then it be decided by passing a speaking order within a period of six weeks and the fate of Representation be made known to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.

3. With aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of.
