18.04.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that parties have entered into a settlement and statement for first motion for divorce by mutual consent between Jatin Khurana, son and brother of the petitioners herein respectively and Kanika his wife and the complainant have been recorded.

2018:DHC:8184 In' view of the fact that parties have settled the matter and the allegations against the petitioners relate to offences punishable under
Sections 406/498-A/34 IPG, this courtdeems it fit to grant anticipatory bail.
It is, therefore, directed that in the event of.arrest the petitioners be released on anticipatory bail on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that the petitioner will join the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating, Officer and will not leave the country without prior permission of the Court concerned and in case of change of residential address the same will be intimated to the Court concerned by way of an affidavit.
Petitions are disposed of
