JUDGMENT

Ms. Dubey submits that the order dated 19 July 2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court stands complied with, in as much as W.P.(C) 9855/2024 the amendment in Permanent Lok Adalat Rules 2003, regarding enhancement of sitting fee of Members, conveyance allowance of Chairman and Members and their other terms and conditions has now been carried out, published and communicated to the petitioners.

4. In the circumstances, the petitioners seek to withdraw this application with liberty to avail separate remedies in law if so advised.
