JUDGMENT

1. ■ Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the ■,>2:^ Constitution ofIndia read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of ■ FIR No.511/2017 registered under Sections 325/506/509/341 IPG at PS Dwarka South. It is stated that the matter has been settled amicably with the victims / respondents No.2 to 4 vide compromise deed dated 21.02.2018. Learned ASC informs that there is only one accused person i.e. petitioner. He further informs thatthere are three victims i.e. respondents No.2to 4.

2. Victims/respondentsNo.2to4are presentin person and have Page I of[2] ir-'' 2018:DHC:8659 (■ ) f' J been identified by the Investigating Officer. I have enquired from them if they have settled the dispute with the petitioner amicably without any fear or pressure. They have informed that all the disputes between the paities have been resolved amicably with their free consent and they have no objection to the quashing of the FIR in question.

3. The petition is supported by affidavits of the parties. Copy of compromise deed dated 21.02.2018 has been placed on record. Cross case registered vide FIR No. 502/2017 registered under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC at PS Dwarka South has also been settled and the FIR therein has been quashed. Since the dispute between the parties has been settled, no useful purpose will be seiwed to continue with the proceedings. In the interest ofjustice and to enable the parties to puf an end to the litigation, FIR No.511/2017 registered under Sections 325/506/509/341 IPC at PS Dwarka South and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed.

4. The petitioner is directed to deposit ^ 20,000/- as costs ill the Prime Minister Relief Fund within two weeks. Registry shall ensure its compliance.
