JUDGMENT
1. Present petition was disposed of on 05.08.2025 and the arguments on behalf of the petitioner were addressed by Mr. S D Baloni.
2. It seems that due to some inadvertence, his appearance is not mentioned and rather appearance of Mr. Savinder Singh and Ms. Barnali Mukherjee, Advocates had been mentioned as if they had appeared on behalf of petitioner.
3. Mr. S D Baloni, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he had appeared on behalf of the petitioner that day and it seems that the appearance slip has been mixed up due to some oversight.
4. None appears on behalf of respondent despite advance notice.
5. Be that as it may, it seems to be a case of sheer oversight and inadvertence and therefore, the application is allowed with the direction that the appearance of Mr. S D Baloni would be treated as appearance of counsel for petitioner in order dated 05.08.2025.
6. This order be also uploaded as corrigendum to the order dated 05.08.2025.
7. Application stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
