ORDER

1. By way of this writ petition, reinstatement on the post of Principal, Lakshmi Devi Shroff Adarsh Sanskrit Mahavidyalya, Kalirakha B. Deoghar, Jharkhand is sought by petitioner by seeking quashing of Termination Order of 7th December, 2014 (Annexure P-15) and Order of 6th October, 2017 (Annexure P-23), vide which termination of petitioner’s service was approved by Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan.

2. The challenge to the impugned orders of 7th December, 2014 (Annexure P-15) and 6th October, 2017 (Annexure P-23), vide which petitioner was dismissed from service, are on various grounds.

3. Upon preliminary hearing, this Court deems it appropriate to direct petitioner to make a Representation against impugned orders to second respondent within four weeks. If any such Representation is received, the 2018:DHC:2549 I-26 W.P.(C) 3812/2018 competent authority of second respondent shall effectively consider it and pass a speaking order thereon, within a period of twelve weeks. The fate of Representation be conveyed to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.

4. With aforesaid directions, this petition and applications are disposed of. A copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for petitioner and second respondent.
