1. Pursuant to our last order, Mr. Rajesh Chopra, Secretary of the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) is present in court. He informs us that so far as the posts of Special Educators in schools (both under the Municipal Corporations as well as those run by the Delhi Administration) are concerned, the applications stood invited by the DSSSB, last date of which was notified as 31st January, 2017 for 2018:DHC:2589-DB W.P.(C)No.8122/2016 the schools run by the Delhi Administration and 15th September, 2017 for the schools run by the Municipal Corporation.

2. We are informed that so far as the applications received are concerned, the examination has been scheduled in the last week of July,

2018.

3. The respondents are seized with the issue of filling-up the posts of Special Educators, which has been raised in this writ petition, and have taken active steps towards effecting the recruitment.

4. In view of the above position, this writ petition does not need to detain us any further and shall stand disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
