ORDER
1. Petitioner in this petition, claims that she was appointed on compassionate ground and has rendered service of about 16 years. It is case of petitioner that she had sought regularization of her service vide various Representations and the last Representation was made by her to second respondent on 9th March, 2017. The grievance of petitioner is that her Representation has not been dealt with by second respondent.
2. Despite service of advance notice, none has appeared on behalf of second respondent.
3. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with permission to petitioner to make a concise Representation to second respondent within a week and if such 2018:DHC:2362 W.P.(C) 3551/2018 Representation is received by second respondent, then the said Representation be effectively considered and decided by passing a speaking order thereon, within a period of eight weeks. The fate of the Representation be conveyed to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.
4. Second respondent be apprised of this order forthwith to ensure its compliance.
5. With aforesaid directions, this petition and application are disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties.
