1. ^ Bythese petitions,the petitionersseek parole on the ground thatthey have to file special leave petition againstthejudgmentin appeal upholding the Gonviction and order on sentence and. also challenge the order of communication ofrejection ofparole. 2.. - Status reports haye been filed in all the.three petitions verifying the addresses ofthefamily members,ofthe petitioners. Besidesthe presentFIR • the petitioners are not involved in any other case. Jail conduct of the petitioners has also been satisfactory. Further"during the pendency ofthe appeals,sentences ofthe petitioners were suspended temporarily when they surrendered on completion ofthe period and there is no allegation thatthey misused the said concession. 0.

3. Considering the facts,verified and that the petitioners are required to file spepial leave petitionSi, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioners. Itis,thereforejdirectedthatthe petitioners bereleased onparole for a period of four weeks each from the date of their,release on their furnishing personalbondinthesum of^15,060A each with onesuretyofthe like amount,subjectto thp satisfaction ofthe Superintendent,Mandoli'Jail, further subject to the Condition;that.in the first instaiice Abdul Miraz @ Z^btu who has already uhdergdpe 7 years and.11 months approximately including remissions, would be released.,On surrender ofAbdul Miraz@ W.P.(CRL)661/2018,664/201Band691/2018 Page 2of[3] Chhotu, Sarfaraz who has undergone nearly 5 years 11 months approximately including remissions will be released and on surrender of SarfaraZj Ahmed Shoukeen who.has undergone nearly 5 years 9 months approximately would bereleased on parole.
