JUDGMENT

1. Issue notice to the respondents. Mr. Anupam Srivastava accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. The petitioner, who appears in person says that his grievance is that the officer concerned i.e., Ms. Shilpa Shinde, Director, Child Women and Social Welfare Department, GNCTD, is not according to him, granting a hearing for redressal of his grievance.

3. Mr. Srivastava, who appears on advance notice, says that the petitioner has been given an appointment for this very purpose on 11.4.2018 at 03:00 pm. 3.[1] Mr. Srivastava’s emphasizes, though, that the petitioner tends not to behave in a civilized manner when called for interaction by the concerned officer. 3.[2] The petitioner, however, disputes this submission of Mr. 2018:DHC:2270 Srivastava.

4. According to me, the way forward for the petitioner is to attend the hearing which is fixed on 11.4.2018, at the designated time.

5. The petitioner will maintain cordiality and civility during the meeting.

6. The concerned officer i.e., Ms. Shilpa Shinde will upon hearing the petitioner pass a speaking order qua the grievances articulated by the petitioner.

7. The petitioner will be entitled to carry a representation with him vis a vis his grievances.

8. The petition is disposed of in the aforementioned terms.
