ORDER
1. Petitioner seeks,regular bails in case> FIR No.16/2017 under Section 381/34 IPG registered at PS Greater Kailash in Bail Application - No.286/2018 and FIR No.32/20.17. under Section 381/34 IPG registered at; BAIL APPLN. 286/2018 and287/2018 Page 1 of[2] 2018:DHC:8205 V PS, Karol Bagh in Bail Application No.287/2018. The allegations against the petitioner in the two FIRs are almost similar being that she joins the house to carry out the work as a maid and, thereafter, commits theft of precious jewellery, gold and diamond. Petitioner was initially arrested by the Special Staff/South District in case FIR No.115/2017 under -Section 380/34/411 IPG registered at PS Safdarjung Enclave where she disclosed about her involvement in other cases. During the course ofinvestigation, at the instance of petitioner, the other co-accused Banti @ Preeti was also arrested on 25* November, 2017 and stolen property of four other cases valued at approximately ?lcrore was recovered though the property stolen in, the above-noted FIRs could not be recovered. As per the status report, petitioner is involved insirnilar offences in as many as 16 cases inDelhi and 15 cases in Gurugram and Faridabad.
2. Gonsidering the nature ofallegations and propensity ofthe petitioner,.this Gourt finds no ground togrant bail topetitioner.
