JUDGMENT
1. Issue notice. Mr.G.C.George accepts notice on behalfofthe official respondents. • ' ';
2. Learned counsel for the official respondents shys that he does not wish to file a counter affidavit inYhe.matter'in view of the order dated 20.3.2018, passed by this Court, in W.P.(C) No.2682/2018, titled: Gouri Iron &SteelPvt.Ltd.&Anr. v. Union ofIndia &Anr.
3. The substantivereliefs claimed inthe writpetition are asfollows.
4. In line with the stand taken by the official respondents in W.P.(C) No.2682/2018, to which, I have made a reference above, counsel for the official respondents says that the writ petition is premature as the respondents have not yet published the list of shell companies, which is appended as Annexure P-3.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners having heard the statement ofthe counsel for the official respondents says that he does not wish to press the writ petition any further.
6. I may also indicate that learned counsel for the official respondents says that no directions have been issued to banks qua the purported list, which,as indicated above,is marked as Annexure P-3.
7. Accordingly,the writ petition is disposed of.
8. In case, any coercive measures are taken by the official respondents, the petitioners will have liberty to approach the Court, albeit, in accordance with law.
