1. For the relief sought in this petition, a Representation of 8th March, 2018 (Annexure P-17) has been already made by petitioner to first respondent. According to petitioner’s counsel, the proof of receiving of said Representation is the Communication of 4th April, 2018, wherein the factum of receiving the letter / Representation of 8th March, 2018 (Annexure P-17) has been acknowledged and correspondence number on which petitioner has to communicate, has been indicated therein by the first respondent.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is no response to petitioner’s Representation of 8th March, 2018 (Annexure P-17). 2018:DHC:2644 W.P.(C) 4023/2018

3. Despite service of advance notice, there is no appearance on behalf of first respondent. Mr. Dev. P. Bhardwaj, CGSC present in the Court is called upon to put in appearance on behalf of first respondent.

4. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to first respondent to effectively consider petitioner’s Representation of 8th March, 2018 (Annexure P-17) and pass a speaking order thereon within a period of four weeks. The fate of petitioner’s Representation of 8th March, 2018 (Annexure P-17) be made known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.

5. The Secretary, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare be apprised of this order forthwith to ensure its compliance.

6. With aforesaid directions, this petition and applications are disposed of.

7. A copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for petitioner and first respondent.
