JUDGMENT

1. After some hearing, Mr. Farman Ali, learned SPC for the respondents, on instructions from the officer Mr. Vinod, submits that, as the petitioner’s case is that he was unable, owing to unavoidable reasons, to be present during conducting the physical examination on 16 July 2025, as a special case and without intending it to operate it as a precedent, the respondents are willing to allow him to appear in the examination on 11 August 2025, on which date others who could not participate in the physical examination on 16 July 2025 have been allowed to appear.

2. We appreciate the eminently fair stand taken by Mr. Farman Ali W.P.(C) 11982/2025 as well as the officer Mr. Vinod, who has instructed him.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

4. Pending miscellaneous applications also stand disposed of.

5. Let a copy of this order be given dasti to learned Counsel under the signature of the Court Master.
