23.04.2018 By these petitions, it is prayed that following cross FIRs may be quashed in view ofthe compromise :- a) FIR No. 725/2016 under Sections 308/34 IPG registered at police station Vijay Vihar on the complaint of Rajesh
(respondent no.2/complainant in Crl. M.C. 1819/2018 and petitioner no.l/accused in W.P.(Crl.)1073/2018);
2018:DHC:8710 f b) FIR No. 726/2016 under Sections 308/34 IPG registered at police station Vijay Vihar on the complaint ofMohd Eraq@
Riyaz(respondent no. 2/complainant in W.P.(Crl.) 1073/2018 and petitioner no.l/accused in Crl. M.C.1819/2018).
Mohd Eraq @ Riyaz and Rajesh(complainants)are present in Court along with their respective counsel and have been identified by 81 Maninder
Maan ofpolice station Vijay Vihar. Other accused/victims, namely,Dinesh
Kumar, Mohd. Rashid and Archina Mishra are also present in Court and have been identified by 81 Maninder Maan.^ All the above-named persons submit that they have amicably settled their disputes vide two separate
Compromise Deeds both dated 20^*^ January,2018,therefore,they have no objection in case their respective FlRs are quashed.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the accused persons and complainants voluntarily, in the interest ofjustice, aforesaid
FlRs and the consequentproceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Both the petitions are disposed ofin the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed ofas infructuous.
