JUDGMENT

1. For the relief claimed in this petition, various Representations were made by petitioner and the last Representation was made on 4th April, 2018 (Annexure P-8 colly.). Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is no response by respondent to any of these Representations.

2. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with permission to petitioner to make a concise Representation to respondent within a week from today. Upon receipt of such Representation, respondent shall pass a speaking order on petitioner’s Representation so received, within a period of four weeks and convey its fate to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. 2018:DHC:2925 W.P.(C) 4720/2018
