By way of this application, preponment of hearing of CM NO. 15885/2018 is sought.
Upon hearing, the application is allowed and the hearing of CM
No. 15885/2018 is preponed to today.
Learned counsel for the respondent-insurer submits that in view of the settlement arrived at, there is no objection to the release of the settled amount of Rs. 1 lakh to the applicant – Smt. Shashi Singh, wife of Late
Rajesh Kumar Singh, by the Delhi High Court Legal Services
Committee, where the said amount has been deposited, subject to obtaining of NOCs from the remaining two Legal Heirs of Late Rajesh
Kumar Singh.

By way of this application, preponment of hearing of CM NO. 15885/2018 is sought.

No. 15885/2018 is preponed to today.
