10.05.2018 Petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant. It is submitted that dowry articles including jewellery have been returned.
2018:DHC:8212 1' 'H Learned APP has disputed this statement He submits that jeweliery and other articles, as per the list, annexed with the status report have not been returned.
Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that complainant declinód to accept nine articles on the ground that the same were in poor conditions.
I have perused the FIR, which contains general allegations.
Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioners be released on bail, subject to their ftirnishing a personal bond in the sum of !1O,000/-(Rupees Ten
Thousand Only) with,one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
Both the above bail applications are disposed of in the above terms.
Miscellaneous appliôations are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
