JUDGMENT

1. In respect of the relief sought in this petition, Representations (Annexure P-12 colly.) were made by petitioner to respondents. According to the petitioner’s counsel, there is no response to Representations (Annexure P-12 colly.) made by petitioner to respondents.

2. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition and application with permission to petitioner to make a fresh concise Representation to first respondent within two weeks from today. Upon receipt of such a Representation, first respondent shall 2018:DHC:2985 W.P. (C) 4806/2018 Page 2of 2 afford personal hearing to petitioner as well as to respondent-School and thereafter, give a speaking response to the Representation so made, within a period of twelve weeks and the fate of Representation be made known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. In case petitioner’s Representation is accepted by respondent-Directorate of Education, then it will be open to respondent-School to have recourse to law.

3. With aforesaid directions, this petition and application are disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties.
