' Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have entered into asettlement and once the same is materialised the petition seekingquashingoftheFIRonthebasisofthe compromisewillbefiled.
Learned ASC for the State submits that in the above noted FIR after investigation charge sheet has since been filed and both the petitioners herein have been kept in column No. 12. Since-the petitioners have been kept in columnNo. 12 nothingsurvives inthe presentpetition. In case they are summoned by the learned Trial Court they would at liberty to take remedy in accordance with law.
Petition isthus disposed of.
