1. Both the parties had 'filed their respective revision petitions impugning order dated 30.07.2016, whereby, the Family Court had declined permission to both the parties to summon the documents of the other side at the time of the trial. Subsequently, the Family Court 2018:DHC:8594 r t has passed a final order dated 28.[1] 1.20 17, which has been impugned by the petitioner in Cr!. Rev. P. 533/2016.
