08.05.2018 FIR No. 386/2003 under Sections 467/468/471/120-B IPG was
V registered at Police Station Tilak Nagar on the complaint of Late Smt. Raj Kumari Sharma. Grievance of Late Smt. Raj Kumari Sharma was that her son Praveen Kumar Sharma had illegally and fraudulently sold her property bearing no. C-95, Ganesh Nagar, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi to his wife Geeta
Sharma, who inturn sold itto Ms. Neeta Kumar W/o Subhash Kumar. After the investigation, charge-sheet was filed against Praveen Kumar Sharma, ^ Geeta Sharma, Neeta Kumar and Subhash Kumar. Learned counsels for the parties further submit that during the trial, settlement was arrived at between
Late Smt. Raj Kumari Sharma, Praveen Kumar Sharma, Subhash Kumar and
Neeta Kumar, vide a Compromise Deed dated 2"^ August, 2003.
Unfortunately, Late Smt. Raj Kumari Sharma expired on 21'' October, 2012.
Mr. Deepak Kumar Sharma, Ms. Seema Arora and Mr. Pawan Kumar
Sharma are the legal heirs ofLate Smt. Raj Kumari Sharma. Mr. Deepak Kumar Sharma, Ms. Seema Arora and Mr. Pawan Kumar Sharma have accepted the compromise entered into between Late Smt. Raj Kumari
Sharma and Praveen Kumar Sharma, Neeta Kumar and Subhash Kumar.
Mr. Deepak Kumar Sharma, Ms. Seema Arora and Mr. Pawan Kumar
Sharma are present in Court and have been identified by SI Pradeep of pohce station Tilak Nagar. They submit that they do not wish to pursue the criminal case against the petitioners any further, in view of the settlement anived at between their mother and the above named accused persons
(petitioners) during her lifetime.
Since family members have amicably settled their disputes, I am of the view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, FIR NO. 386/2003 under Sections 467/468/471/120-B IPG registered at Police
Station Tilak Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
All the above petitions are disposed of inthe above terms.
