Redressal Commission, New Delhi and his grievance is that his
Representation of 13th April, 2017 (Annexure-A) seeking allowances etc. being part of ‘last drawn pay minus pension’ has not been effectively considered. Impugned order of 28th June, 2017 (Annexure-A) concludes as under :-
“In view of above we may return the file to action in the matter will be taken onlyafter final disposal of the case of Sh. N.P. Kaushik and O.P.
Gupta, which is fixed for hearing on 11.09.2017

The writ petitions filed by N P Kaushik and O P Gupta etc. have been disposed of today vide separate order while permitting them to assail the Delhi Consumer Protection Rules, 1987.

In view of the aforesaid, this petition and the applications are disposed of, while calling upon the second respondent to reconsider petitioner’s Representation of 13th April, 2017 (Annexure-A) in light of the applicable rules within a period of six weeks and its fate be known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedy as available in law, if need be.
Second respondent be apprised of this order forthwith to ensure its compliance.
With the aforesaid directions, this petition and the applications are accordingly disposed of.
A copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties.
