(1) The petitioners seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.0034/18 under Sections 452/354/506/509/323/427/147/148/149 IPG registered at Police Bail Appl.Nos.722/I[8] &810/18, Page I of[2]. 2018:DHC:8209 \ Station Prahlad Pur. Status report filed; it is taken on record. (2), I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. Injuries sustained by the victim are 'simple' in nature. It is informed that there are nine assailants and four of them who have been apprehended are juveniles. (3) Considering the facts and circumstances of the^ case, the petitioners are admitted to, anticipatory bail and in the event of their arrest, they be released on bail on their famishing personal bond in the sum of ^40,000/-with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the conditions that they shall join the investigation as and when required and shall not.contact the prosecutionwitnesses or criminally intimidate them in any manner, whatsoever.
