JUDGMENT
1. An examination was conducted by Office of the District & Sessions Judge (HQ), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi for recruitment to the post of Junior Judicial Assistant (Group āCā) and petitioner had participated in the said examination and upon being unsuccessful, by way of this petition, petitioner has now challenged the result of the said examination declared on 24th March, 2018. Allegations of malpractice/unfair means have been levelled. The basis of this writ petition appears to be a rumour 2018:DHC:2851 W.P.(C) 4622/2018 that the question-paper was leaked through the employees of the Delhi District Courts and one coaching centre in Sonepat, Haryana.
2. By way of this petition, an inquiry is sought in respect of the examination in question with an alternate prayer that the said examination be re-conducted. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that a Representation (Annexure P-9) was made to this Court on 2nd April, 2018, with a copy to the District & Sessions Judge (HQ), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi and the fate of the said Representation is yet not known.
3. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate that instead of entertaining this petition on merits, to dispose of this petition with permission to petitioner to now make a fresh and detailed Representation to first respondent within a period of two weeks from today. Upon receipt of such a Representation, first respondent shall consider it and give a speaking response thereto, within a period of twelve weeks and convey its fate to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.
4. With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties.
