1. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.0003/2018, under Sections 376/313 IPC, PS Morya Enclave.

2. The allegations against the petitioner are that the petitioner on the false promise to marry, physical relations were made with the complainant.

3. The complainant is present in person in the Court and has also filed an affidavit, contending that she has no objection in case, the 2018:DHC:3169 BAIL APPLN.512/2018 petitioner is granted anticipatory bail.

4. Petitioner was granted interim protection on 06.03.2018. Ld. APP for State submits that the petitioner joined investigation as per the directions of the IO.

5. Without commenting upon the merits of the case, perusal of the record shows that the petitioner has made out a case for grant of anticipatory bail. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released subject to furnish a bail bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/IO/SHO. The petitioner shall not do anything, which may prejudice either the investigation or any of the prosecution witnesses.

6. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
