1. Two opportunities have been granted to the counsel for the respondents to obtain instructions from the Department as to whether the present cases are covered-by a common judgment dated 17.10.2017 passed by. a Division Bench in W.P.(C) No.9359/2017 entitled SI/GD Shambhoo vs. Union ofIndia & Ors.. followed in W.P.(C) 332/2017 entitled Jas Ram vs. Union of India and Ors. and other connected matters decided on 12.01.2018.

2. Today, learned counsel for the respondents fairly states on instructions that the present cases are covered by the decisions in the captioned cases. W.P.(C) 881/2018 and W.P.(C) 926/2018 Page 1 of[2] 2018:DHC:8742-DB
