ORDER

1. - Complainant was directed to be present in Court.. However, the Investigating Officer inforais that the complainant met with an accident BAIL APPLN. NOS.294/2018 & 389/2018 page 1 of[2] 2018:DHC:8210 '7^ yesterday and thus he couldnot be present.

2. The complainant was called to verify whether the daughter of the complainant has since man-ied Manish Luthra, the brother of petitioner Shelly Karwal and son ofAshok Kumar Luthra. The Investigating Officer states that this fact has been verified. Daughter ofthe complainant Sheetal and Manish Luthra have since married on 5'^ March, 2018, The allegations in the above noted FIR relate to demand of dowry by the petitioners in relation to the marriage ofManish Luthra with Sheetal, the daughter ofthe complainant. Since the parties have reconciled and Sheetal and Manish have married, this Court deems it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. It is, therefore directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of?20,000/each with one suretybond each of the same amountto the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SHO concerned further subject to the condition that the petitioners will join the investigation as and when directed and in case they change their residential address, the same will be intimated to the Court concerned by way of an affidavit.
