The allegations against the petitioner are that the petitioner along with co-accused was sitting in a car and when the officer on duty approached them to ascertain their purpose of sitting in the wee hours of the morning, they misbehaved with the officer and tried to run over the 2018:DHC:3212 BAIL APPLN. 938/2018 constable on duty and attempted to escape and later they were apprehended.
